Sometimes I make dolls of people I know, but often I get sent pictures of people I’ve never met. In any case it’s all about getting a sense of the person, and conveying their essence in the doll. I’m never quite sure how the person’s character is going to reveal itself in the finished doll, which makes things exciting for me. In some cases people have even told me that the doll looks more like the person than the person themselves. Well, take a peek and maybe even get inspired to order your own custom doll…
